We will try our utmost to resolve your complaint fairly and quickly. If the complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction you have the right to complain to the Financial Industry Complaints Services (FICS). FICS will facilitate negotiations between the parties and in the final instance will adjudicate on the unresolved matter. FICS may be contacted on 1899 335 405. You may also contact the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 1300 300 630 to make a complaint or find out about your rights.

The prices for all software products, training material and services provided by Share Wealth Systems are detailed on the official Share Wealth Systems web site www.sharewealthsystems.com.au. An on-going monthly maintenance fee which covers the provision of a number of services as detailed on the web site is also payable.

Share Wealth Systems Pty Ltd and its employees do not have any ownership links with any financial product issuer that could be expected to influence any general product advice provided. The principals and employees of Share Wealth Systems Pty Ltd are active investors in the stock market and make use of the software packages that are provided to customers. However none of their trading decisions should be regarded as specific advice to any customer with regard to a particular stock. Employees are paid a salary and in some cases a performance bonus may be included. In some cases agents of Share Wealth Systems Pty Ltd are used to market the products and services to retail customers and are remunerated in the form of commission payments
