Share Wealth Systems provides a comprehensive service where educational support and coaching is delivered to all users of SPA3, SPA3CFD and Intelledgence. The services are especially designed to assist SPA3 and SPA3CFD traders achieve their share trading financial objectives. Ongoing maintenance, software improvements, support and education is a lifelong journey in achieving consistent returns and our services are designed to help you along your road to success.

The following services are bundled as part of the Monthly Maintenance Service charge of $71.50 to active and financial SPA3 and SPA3CFD customers:

End of Day Data
Daily, weekly and monthly data is available for the entire ASX including all Stocks, Indices, Options and Warrants. Data fields for each security include extensive technical and fundamental data; for example Open, High, Low, Close, Volume, GICS, Instrument Type, Market cap', Shares on issue, PE Ratio, Dividend Yield and Earnings Yield. As our solutions and software are designed for international markets as well as the local active investor an additional global package is included as standard which includes; major international indices, futures, commodities, metals, and forex pairs.

End of day data historical databases and data are currently available for the USA  exchanges(NYSE, NASDAQ & AMEX) and JSE. This offering is expanding.

Data Maintenance
Share Wealth Systems meticulous detail to data is unique in the industry. This is vital to accurate technical analysis. Without clean data, technical analysis systems cannot differentiate between changes in price caused by the market to change caused by a company restructure. Our automatic data download routines apply adjustments for all official data splits, bonus issues, rights issues, renames, volume adjustments and Sector changes as they occur.

Members Zone Bulletins and Files
The Members Zone provides relevant files and bulletins for Share Wealth Systems customers to use with our software products such as pre-programmed buy/sell scanning tests and watchlists for the ASX100 and others.

Upgrades and Enhancements
Upgrades and enhancements to Global Portfolio System, SPA3 and SPA3CFD are readily available for download at no additional cost and major upgrades are priced low so that Share Wealth Systems customers are not disadvantaged. This greatly reduces cost of ownership over the years to far less than that of charting software such as MetaStock, Bull Charts and others.

Unlimited Phone and Email Help Desk Support
The Share Wealth Systems Helpdesk assists by email and phone in areas such as the download and installation of software, technical issues, upgrades as well as any database and general queries. There is no limit on the amount of support provided to a customer and we believe strongly in ensuring that all queries are managed promptly and effectively. Support is provided between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm weekdays AEST. After hours support is provided up to 9.00pm AEST on weeknights and Saturdays where a Share Wealth Systems support person will return your call in the case of an emergency.

Education Centre
Share Wealth Systems launches a NEW training and education centre for benefit of its customers
Launched in March 2010, the Share Wealth Systems education centre provides an active investment environment like no other. The SWS education centre is made up of SPA3 and SPA3CFD product video training,  ongoing and updated SPA3 research in the form of advanced coaching notes, must read SWS forum topics and postings from the Gary Stone Journal. The education has been designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced type customers and is located in a central location in the Share Wealth Systems Members Zone.

Email Forums
The Share Wealth Systems email forums are an ideal medium for interacting with Share Wealth Systems staff and other users. Email messages are sent regularly to the users inbox to assist learning with all of Share Wealth Systems’s software products and methodologies. The forum(s) include an archive of all past discussions starting from when the forums began in 1998. Novice users enjoy learning about the experiences of more experienced users. An invaluable learning tool and moderated by Share Wealth Systems staff.

Advanced Coaching Notes
Through Advanced Coaching Notes our aim is to bring our customers understanding of trading and the share market to the same level of understanding as the designers and researchers who develop and trade Share Wealth Systems's methodologies. The Advanced Coaching Notes teach customers what we have learned and continue to learn from our years of ongoing research and experience. Through past and new postings customers are able to access new knowledge.

eUGM Webcasting Service
Hosted by the founder and Research Director of Share Wealth Systems, Gary Stone, the web casting sessions are held over the Internet in our Members Zone every 4-6 weeks and include common topics such as; analysis of major international markets; analysis of the local market and sector indices; how to improve your share returns in the short, medium and Long Term; Share Wealth Systems News; New developments and features; Announcements; and relevant Learning topics.

Active Investor eNewsletter
The Active Investor analyses the international, Australian and commodity markets in the short, medium and Long Term. All of Share Wealth Systems’s publicly audited portfolios are summarised using weekly statistics and equity curves so that the current week’s actions are put into perspective within the broader market. A SPA3 'trade of the week' is tipped in each issue.
